A delivery charge of €6.50 is applied to orders on all items up to 10kg . Please contact us for a price on larger items.


Please note that delivery cost may vary from prices stated above, due to the weight of some of the products available on our site, such as wheelchairs, scooters, wheelchair ramps and furniture. A member of our customer service staff will contact you if extra delivery cost applies to your order.



Delivery Schedule

We will ship goods within 5 working days on receipt of payment. If any goods are out of stock, we will advise you of an expected availability date. Please ensure you include a contact telephone no.


Packages must be signed for to ensure we deliver them to the correct person and therefore we ask you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your items during business hours. At checkout we have an option to specify a different delivery address, should you wish your package to go to your work place or neighbours. A valid phone number will also be needed, the reason for this is in case of the courier or our customer services need to contact you regarding your delivery. We respect your privacy and never share your personal information with anyone unless it is necessary to fulfil your order.


If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery period, please contact us by email or phone and we will ensure your package gets to you as soon as possible.



Returns Policy

At we want you to be 100% confident while purchasing online and if the product you purchase does not fit your needs or requirements, you may notify us within 3 days of receiving  your order and return the item for a full refund on the price of the product.Bespoke or custom made items to customer requirements may not be exchanged for any reason other than goods being defective as these are not regular store items and are not eligible for re-sale.

On receiving your order, should you wish to return your purchase, you have 3 days to notify us of your intent to return the order to us. You will have a further 5 working days for the order to arrive back here with us for a refund on the price of the product. After that and up to 30 days you will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product. must be notified of your wish to return via email or the contact us page on our website.


A copy of the original order must accompany the product to identify the order, along with the issued returns code for identification to allow us to process your return in a timely manner.


Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to place the order, so if you pay by credit card the refund will be refunded to your credit card.


For hygiene reasons there are no exchanges/returns for personal items such as - Commodes, Toilet seats and frames, Toileting Aids, bathing aids - such as bathing cushions, Underwear, Incontinence wear, gloves, etc.


Wheelchairs and Mobility Scooters must be returned in an "as new" condition, including all packaging in order to receive a refund. Please ensure the Wheelchair or Mobility Scooter is suitable before using it for transport as once the tyres demonstrates usage they cannot be refunded.


In circumstances where products require assembly, products must be carefully dissembled and repackaged before returning the items to us.



Fair usage of returns policy:

In order to return items, the product must still have its original packaging and be in an un-used condition. We do not operate a try before you buy service, we cannot ship out a large selection of products for customers to try before they decide which item you would like to keep. Therefore our return's policy is subject to the full order being returned, partial orders may still be returned however the customer must arrange for the return at their cost.


Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
